- How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery or on collection. No card needed.
- Do you deliver to my emirate?
- We deliver across the UAE. The fee depends on your city and is shown before you order. Current fees: other emirates AED 0.
- Can you install appliances?
- Yes. Add installation or assembly when you order; the price is shown in the order form.
- Can I return an item?
- If an item doesn't match its description, you can refuse it at the door, or tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We collect it free and refund you in full, including delivery and service fees.
- Can I collect my order myself?
- Yes. Choose pickup in the order form and collect it from our warehouse during working hours, with no delivery fee.
