# LoopHome (لوب هوم)

> LoopHome buys used furniture, appliances (fridges, washing machines, ovens) and electronics from people anywhere in the United Arab Emirates for cash, with free pickup; refurbishes and resells them online; sells items listed by their owners; and offers home and office moving and technician visits. Cash on delivery or on collection. UAE only: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain. Arabic and English.

LoopHome mainly buys, refurbishes and resells items itself; those are inspected by its team, and some carry a warranty. It also sells items on behalf of their owners ("owner listings"), tagged "Unchecked by our experts": LoopHome handles the order and delivery but does not inspect or guarantee them, and they have no warranty. Owners' contact details are never shown. There are no customer accounts; people order or sell with a name and phone number. LoopHome does not accept donations.

**Buying:** choose an item and tap "Buy", then enter name, phone, emirate and address (one item per order, no cart). LoopHome confirms by phone or WhatsApp, then delivers or the buyer collects from the warehouse at no charge. Payment is cash on delivery or on collection. Items marked "Negotiable" have a WhatsApp "Negotiate" button. Condition tags: New, Premium, Semi-new, Good condition, Fair.

**Selling:** send 1–10 photos, a category, a description and an asking price through the Sell form, then choose "Sell it to LoopHome" (a cash offer on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours; free pickup from home anywhere in the UAE; paid in cash on pickup) or "List it on LoopHome" (the owner sets the price; after approval the item is shown for 30 days and the owner receives the price minus a 10% commission when it sells).

**Returns and warranty:** inspect the item on delivery; it can be refused at the door if it is damaged or not as described. If it doesn't match its description, report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery: LoopHome collects it free and refunds the full amount, including delivery and service fees (cash on collection, or bank transfer within 7 working days). No change-of-mind returns. Some items LoopHome sells itself include a warranty, shown on the item page; owner listings have no warranty.

**Delivery and fees:** delivery is free across the UAE. The total (item + delivery + services) is shown before the order is sent.

**Moving:** LoopHome moves homes and offices within and between all emirates. Every move starts with a free site visit; LoopHome inspects first, then sends a quote on WhatsApp. Extra services: Packing, Dismantling & assembly.

**Technician visits:** Plumbing: leaks, blocked drains, taps, water heaters; Electrical: sockets, switches, lights and wiring faults; Curtains & blinds: install or fix curtain rails, rods and blinds; AC maintenance: cleaning, gas top-up and repairs; Furniture assembly: beds, wardrobes, desks and tv mounting; Handyman (general repairs): small fixes around the home or office. The price is confirmed by phone before the visit. Requests can be marked urgent.

**بالعربية:** لوب هوم يشتري الأغراض المنزلية المستعملة في الإمارات ويجدّدها ويبيعها أونلاين، ويعرض قطعاً يبيعها أصحابها، ويقدّم خدمات نقل المنازل والمكاتب وزيارات الفنيين. الدفع نقداً عند التوصيل أو الاستلام من المستودع، ولا نقبل التبرعات.

الشراء: اختر قطعة واضغط "شراء"، ونؤكد معك بالهاتف أو واتساب ثم نوصلها، أو تستلمها من المستودع مجاناً.

البيع: أرسل من 1 إلى 10 صور مع الفئة والوصف والسعر، واختر "بِعها لـ لوب هوم" لتحصل على عرض نقدي عبر واتساب واستلام مجاني من منزلك ودفع نقدي، أو "اعرضها على لوب هوم" وتحدد سعرك بنفسك، ونعرضها 30 يوماً وتحصل على السعر بعد خصم عمولة 10% عند البيع.

التوصيل: مجاني إلى جميع الإمارات.

الإرجاع والضمان: افحص القطعة عند الاستلام، ويمكنك رفضها فوراً إذا كانت متضررة أو لا تطابق الوصف. وإذا لم تطابق وصفها أخبرنا عبر واتساب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام فنستلمها مجاناً ونعيد المبلغ كاملاً بما فيه رسوم التوصيل والخدمات (نقداً عند استلامها منك، أو بتحويل بنكي خلال 7 أيام عمل). لا يُقبل الإرجاع لتغيير الرأي. بعض القطع التي نبيعها بأنفسنا عليها ضمان تظهر مدته في صفحتها، وإعلانات المالكين بلا ضمان.

**How we grade condition** (https://www.loophome.ae/en/condition-grades): Every item in our store carries one of five condition grades. Here is exactly what each one means, so you know what to expect before you order. Owner listings are graded from their owner's description and photos; we haven't inspected them.
- New: Unused, often still in its original packaging. No signs of use.
- Premium: Looks and works like new. Any wear is barely visible, and worn parts such as fabric, foam or seals have usually been replaced. Some Premium items include a warranty.
- Semi-new: Lightly used, in very good shape. Small marks may be visible up close; everything works perfectly.
- Good condition: Normal signs of use such as small scratches or faded spots, fully cleaned and in full working order.
- Fair: Clear signs of use, priced accordingly. Fully working and cleaned; the photos show the marks honestly.
- How we inspect: Furniture: we check frames and joints, tighten or re-glue loose parts, and deep-clean or replace upholstery where needed. Appliances and electronics: we power on and test every function, replace worn belts, seals or pumps, refill gas, and descale. Each item page lists what we fixed.
- Warranty and returns: When an item has a warranty, its length is shown on the item page. If an item doesn't match its description, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll collect it and refund you in full.

**Sell your used oven, fridge or washing machine** (https://www.loophome.ae/en/sell/appliances): We buy working home appliances across the UAE and pay in cash when we collect them. Send a few photos and get an offer on WhatsApp.
- Appliances we buy: Ovens and cookers, fridges and freezers, washing machines and dryers, dishwashers, microwaves and TVs.
- What affects the offer: Brand and model, age, capacity or size, and working condition. Photos of the model label help us make a faster, more accurate offer.
- Built-in ovens: Tell us if your oven is built in. We'll confirm in the offer whether we can remove it and if there's any cost.
- Pickup and payment: We collect from your home anywhere in the UAE at no cost, and pay you in cash at pickup at the agreed price.
- Do you buy appliances that don't work?: Sometimes, for repairable models. Tell us what's wrong in the description and we'll let you know.

**Leaving the UAE or moving house? Sell all your furniture in one visit** (https://www.loophome.ae/en/sell/moving-out): Leaving the UAE or moving to a smaller place? Sell your furniture and appliances in one go: one offer, one pickup, paid in cash on the day.
- How a one-visit offer works: Send us photos of everything you want to sell, or one short video walking through your home. We reply on WhatsApp with one offer for all items, usually within 24 hours.
- What we buy: Sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining sets, office furniture, fridges, washing machines, ovens, TVs and kids' furniture in working condition.
- Timed around your move: Tell us your move-out or handover date and we'll schedule the pickup to suit you, including on handover day.
- How we price: Offers depend on brand, age, condition and demand. We make one fair cash offer, and you're free to accept part of it or none.
- Paid in cash, collected for free: Our team collects everything from your home at no cost and pays you in cash at pickup, at the price we agreed.
- If we can't buy an item: If we can't buy an item, we'll tell you in the offer so you can plan for it before your move.

**Terms & Conditions** (https://www.loophome.ae/en/terms): These terms apply when you use the LoopHome website to order an item or to offer an item for us to buy. By placing an order or sending a request you agree to them.
- Who we are: LoopHome buys, refurbishes and resells used home items in the United Arab Emirates. LoopHome also sells items on behalf of their owners (owner listings); see "Owner listings" below.
- Items and condition: Items are pre-owned unless marked New. For items we sell ourselves, we describe the condition honestly, with real photos and the repairs we made; minor signs of use may remain. Owner listings are described by their owners (see Owner listings). Each item is unique. Once it is reserved or sold it is no longer available.
- Orders: Tapping Buy sends an order request, which reserves the item. The order is confirmed when our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order, for example if we cannot reach you, the address is outside our delivery area, or the item is found to be faulty. In that case you pay nothing.
- Prices, delivery and service fees: Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The delivery fee depends on your emirate or city, and some items or order values qualify for free delivery. Optional services such as installation, assembly or parts are charged at the price shown when you order, and some are free. The order total shown before you submit includes the item, delivery and any services. Payment is cash on delivery or on collection.
- Negotiation: For items marked Negotiable you may discuss the price with us on WhatsApp. An agreed price applies only once we confirm it in writing.
- Owner listings: Items tagged "Unchecked by our experts" are listed by their owners. LoopHome sells them on the owner's behalf, handles your order and delivers them; you pay cash on delivery. LoopHome does not inspect these items and does not verify, endorse or guarantee their description, photos or condition, and is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in them. They carry no warranty. The owner's contact details are kept private and are not shown on the listing.
- Warranty: Where an item shows a warranty period, we will repair or replace it, or refund you, if it develops a fault covered by the warranty during that period. Damage from misuse, accidents or moving the item yourself is not covered.
- Returns and refunds: Please inspect the item when it arrives. You may refuse it at the door if it is damaged or not as described, and you pay nothing. If an item does not match its description, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect it free of charge and refund the full amount you paid, including delivery and service fees. Because every item is pre-owned and unique, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been accepted, except where the law requires it. Refunds are paid in cash when we collect the item, or by bank transfer within 7 working days if you prefer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
- Selling your items to us: Sending a sell request does not oblige either side. Any price is agreed with you on WhatsApp before collection. You confirm that you own the item and have the right to sell it. The item becomes LoopHome's property when we collect it and pay the agreed price. Listing your item instead: you set the price, and after our approval the item is shown for the listing period stated on the Sell form. When it sells, we collect it from you, deliver it to the buyer, and pay you the price minus the commission stated on the Sell form. Your contact details are never shown publicly. LoopHome does not accept donations.
- Liability: To the extent UAE law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
